J.S.C Georgian Film on Cannes 62nd International Film Festival

J.S.C Georgian Film, together with Georgian National Film Center and Ministry of Culture, Monuments Protection and Sport of Georgia, will be presented on Cannes International 62nd Film Festival which will take place from May 13 to May 24, 2009. The official representation of Georgian Cinema will have the pavilion in Cannes International Village. Georgian Pavilion number is 44. This will be the second time when Georgia is officially presented at the Cannes International Film Festival, despite the remarkable fact that Georgian movies were awarded with prices at Cannes International Film Festival.

Here, at the Georgian Pavilion you can get any information regarding the filmmaking and shooting in Georgia, starting from the film law and tax incentives to the film crew, available film equipment and all other filming facilities directly from Georgian film professionals, producers and filmmakers.

We would like to announce that on May 16th, Georgian representation will have the press conference, that will be attended by the Minister of Culture, Monuments Protection and Sport of Georgia and Georgian Filmmakers.
